Our Story …

We’re incredibly excited to announce that Team C1 Speed is taking on the Mystery Box Rally in 2025!

This isn’t just any road trip — it’s 5 days, 2,500kms, one very old car, and a whole lot of heart. We’ll be driving from Broken Hill and back, with each day’s destination a complete mystery until the morning of. It’s rough, it’s remote, and it’s all for a cause that means the world to us.

Cancer has touched our lives — and the lives of so many in our community — and we’re doing this for our family, our friends, and every single person impacted by cancer. This rally supports Cancer Council, with every dollar raised going directly toward cancer research and support.

To take part, we need to raise a minimum of $4,000 — but we’re setting our sights higher, with a goal of $10,000.

If you’re able to donate, big or small, we’d be so grateful for your support. Together, we can drive change.

Here's what I'm doing …

Mystery Box Rally is a 5-day challenge like no other. Participants drive 25+ year old cars along a mystery route, through some of Australia’s most stunning (and often rugged) landscapes, all in support of cancer research. It’s not a race—it’s a challenge and more importantly, a celebration of the power of community.

Yes, the cars break down, and yes, there are plenty of unexpected twists along the way, but that’s all part of the fun. The rally is designed to be a colourful and unpredictable experience, where teams travel in small groups, helping each other along the way. And when the day’s drive ends, we gather around the campfire, share stories, and reflect on the day’s achievements.

This event brings together people who have been impacted by cancer in different ways—whether it's through their own battles or through loved ones. Together we’ll make memories that last a lifetime while supporting the fight against cancer.
